NEW RELEASE: Swift Wines 2024 Rosé
Beautifully pale & bursting with freshness — our 2024 Rosé is summer in a glass.
Description:
Featuring delicate aromas of red berries, savoury complexity, sea mist and a hint of perfume, the palate is bone dry (no residual sugar) with a crunchy textural drive and salivating acidity.
We love Cabernet Franc, and were inspired to create a Rose from it, we love the complex styles that can be achieved. And we are pretty chuffed with this result! The grapes were pressed off as soon as they reached the winery to reduce colour extraction, leaving us with a beautiful French-style wine that tastes even better than it looks. And let’s be honest, it looks damn good.
Details:
Grapes hailing from: Bridge Pā Triangle, Hawke’s Bay.
Best served: Chilled, as an aperitif, with your favourite people
Pairs beautifully with: Cured meats & cheeses, salads (think watermelon, feta and mint), BBQ meats & veggies.
750ml
12% ALC/VOL
